What is the average cost of a move
Moving costs vary from customer to customer. It really depends on the amount of inventory, organization, and additional services needed to complete the move. If you have a budget that you need to stay within let your OSSL sales rep know and we can come up with a plan to stay within your budget.
What day is cheapest to hire movers?
At OSSL we don't play games. We charge the same amount for everyday of the week.
How do movers calculate cost?
We calculate the cost of your move based on the amount of crew, size of truck, and amount of trucks needed to complete the move.
What will movers not take?
OSSL will not take hazardous materials, propane tanks, and animals. We will take plants but we can not guarantee their protection.
How far in advance should I book movers?
Depending on the time of year this varies, but a rule of thumb is to try to book at least a month ahead of schedule to ensure you can get your desired date. Weekends and the end of the month tend to fill up first, so if you need to move around that time definitely give it a month.
What is the best way to move a small amount of furniture?
